Designed in the pine forest of resort town of Pavilosta in Kurzeme, this three bedroom summer house will complete a building cluster with previously completed Pavilosta I buildings. Characterized by double sloped roofs and minimalist forms, all four buildings pay homage to local building traditions albeit in very modern form.

Simple in form, yet very effective and easy to build, after 2 months of building works, house is already under roof.

After completion - building facade will be clad in bespoke - designed especially for this building wood tiles produced in Latvia which will form a dialogue with facades of neighboring Pavilosta I group of buildings.

Building was designed and approved in less than 3 months, completion expected in Summer 2024.
