Designed in the pine forest of Lielupe, Jurmala, this was a design proposal for the Lielupe Tennis Center rebuild.

Design team - Janis and Marcis have played tennis all their adult life and despite good understanding and experience of these tennis courts, where both of us have spent thousands of hours, our proposal was not the winning one.

We keep this project as a reminder of how things should have been and still believe our proposal was in many ways better than the one which was built, and would have provided more respect to the history of Lielupe tennis courts and provided better feeling for the future for children who train there, for visitors, professional athletes and general public.
