Designed in the commercial center of Daugavpils building houses Daugavpils store of the sanitary ware and HVAC retailer Komforts and office space in second level.

M.A. DESIGN is completing project to renovate the shell of the building and bring it up to modern visual and technical standards.

New windows, doors to be installed along with new access paths for the office space.

Open office of 500Sq.m. will provide new, high-quality, versatile and highly adaptable rent space in the second level.

Building in late stage of approval. Construction expected to start in Summer of 2024.
