Designed as reconstruction of Soviet era modular "Livani" house, this is collaboration between M.A.DESIGN Architects Office, Designer Aleksandrs Kamšs (Interiors) and Dores Factory as producer of the building.

Built on existing foundations of Soviet era house this per-fabricated timber frames structure will house a family of four and provide spacious, modern and effective living space for generations to come. Modern layout, large windows in living areas, simple, but durable facade solutions were chosen for this project.

As of autumn 2025, house is being built. As a marvel of effectiveness of modern day per-fabricated construction - main shell of the building was assembled by team of 4 craftsmen in 2 working days.
