Reconstruction of a department store into a Cupra car dealership.

Full renovation of landscaping, building shell, internal climate and electric systems.

Adaptation of space for new use - multi brand car dealership with service and office space.

Building is completed and commissioned in early 2025 and has begun its commercial operation. Second stage of the building is being re-designed into Porsce dealership expected to begin construction in late 2025.
